Peer Facilitation is an elective course at Northmont High School. The purpose of the class is to train students in listening, helping, facilitation, and mediation skills for personal development and application toward school and community.
Contact - Students wishing to use our support services can contact their counselor, Mrs. Schroeder (the Student Assistance Counselor - Room 1107) or Mrs. Coffman (the OG Student Assistance Counselor - Room 1121), Mr. Maiken (Room 3101), or stop by and visit room 3101 during your lunch period.
Applying - Students interested in applying and interviewing for the class should pay attention to school postings and announcements starting in February. Typically, applications are available during February, interviews are conducted in March, and invitations to next year's class are issued after Spring Break.
